Terms And Conditions

1. The trailer remains the property of Roshar Trailers until all payments are cleared.
2. The deposit paid towards the order of the trailer is Non-refundable under any Circumstance.
3. Returns of Trailer or Trailers are not accepted under any Circumstance.
4. The Lead time or Estimated Time of delivery can be changed due to Unforeseen Circumstances such as Short
Staffing, Machinery Breakdown, Sickness etc.
5. Warranty: The Trailer comes with 12 Months Structural warranty Which means warranty covers all new trailers
and applies to the chassis, draw bar, Faulty Design or Workmanship. It is for 1 year for all Domestic, Commercial or
business use from the original purchase date.
6. Warranty Conditions:
(a) Exclusion: The warranty does not cover trailer parts or accessories that are not manufactured by Roshar
Trailers. Third-party parts or accessories are subject to their respective Manufacturer’s Warranty.
(b) Repair Location: Warranty repairs must be performed during normal business hours at Roshar Trailers’
Manufacturing unit at 37 Malcolm Road, Braeside Victoria 3195. Off-site or Unauthorized repairs are not covered
under this warranty.
(c) Maintenance: The purchaser is responsible for maintaining the trailer for e.g. regreasing the bearings, checking if
hand brakes are not on while driving, Wheel nuts are tight enough before driving etc.
(d) Transportation: The purchaser is responsible for service call fees, transport charges, and any damages or losses
incurred during the transportation of the trailer to and from Roshar Trailers’ premises.
(e) Non-Covered Items: Certain items are explicitly not covered by the warranty, including paint, rust, wheels, tyres,
and general consumables such as springs, bearings, brakes, and wiring
(f) Exemptions: The warranty does not apply to trailers that have been misused, neglected, altered, or damaged.
